The besten restaurant if you like privacy.The space between you and the next table is such that you can enjoy conversation without the neighbors participating.The menue comes on a blackboard-all dishes prepared indivdually.The service is excellent-the prices are moderate.And for the lovers of a good wine there is an excellent selection.A perfect place to enjoy friends and food.

Delicious food in a traditional restaurant. Excellent service. Recommended.
Good and freshly prepared food with seasonal produce. Desserts less interesting. The lack of dessert wines seems a bit weird for a weinstube. Some main courses a bit overpriced. But I would defiantly go again if I were in Hildesheim.
