On a visit today to JT Dove Hetton branch, I received the usual excellent service from the staff. I highly recommend this branch.

Extremely poor customer service. Have had to wait weeks and been told delivery would be Monday or Tuesday. They said they would call me to confirm when it would be delivered. I heard nothing so had to call them myself to find out it would be Tuesday. Call them Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be delivered in that day. Call them again before they close as we haven't received anything to be told they have had 'transport issues' and they have been 'too busy to call their customers', so we now have to wait another day. This is disgusting customer service from the beginning and there is no excuse for not letting paying customers know of delays. I understand things may not be running as smoothly with what is going on but there is no excuse for not bothering to let your customers know who are waiting on deliveries that it won't be coming.

I bought Sandstone paving for my garden at half the price at BandQ. The service was great, gave me 3 different sizes of paving, boxed it all up and even helped me load my van whilst observing social distancing. Thanks lads.
