Katie hosted my cat Tilly for just over a month. I was a bit worried about Tilly as she is a very nervous cat, but from the moment Tilly arrived and was with Katie, I could tell she was right at home. Katie kept me updated regularly, and was very attentive to Tilly and her needs. She quickly noticed when Tilly had a bladder infection, and was able to take her to the vets and get her medicine. She gave Tilly unparalleled care and attention, and even celebrated Christmas with her. I felt reassured to know that my cat was being looked after by someone so warm and kind. Tilly is back at home but definitely misses her time spent on vacation - I'm sure she'll be back to visit soon!

Katie does an amazing job, she looked after Toby as if he were her own. When we went to pick him up seemed like the cat tree he had claimed as his bed for the weekend he didn’t seem to want to leave. For a 10 year old cat who has never left the house for a good 5 years if not more he was more than content with where he was! Never worried about Toby throughout the stay as she regularly checks in with messages and photos as well as videos too! Everything Katie does is directed at your cats needs and wants. From comfortable beds to toys and everything in between. We’re so glad we found Katie as it keeps us at ease that we can go away knowing our fur baby is safe and sound! Fully recommend to anyone needing a babysitter for their fur baby/babies..️
Katie looked after our 18 year old cats so well I dont think they wanted to come home with us. They were treated like royalty and cared for so well. I will be using the cat hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who has cats and cares about their pets.
Our little Holly stayed here for 9 nights. It's the first time we have left her with a stranger so were a little apprehensive. We were recommended Katie's hotel from our Aunt. I am so pleased we left her here. Katie is lovely and very professional. Holly had her own room and lots to keep her entertained. We had total peace of mind she was safe and comfortable.
Katie looked after our cat, Jasper, for 16 nights last month and I can't recommend her enough. The suites are kitty heaven with climbing frames, tunnels and all sorts of other bits and bobs to keep them entertained. Katie spends a lot of time with the pets that stay with her which is what, I believe, sets the service apart. She is a true animal lover and I felt like she looked after Jasper as if he was her own - which I truly appreciated. We were sent daily picture updates (I was asked whether I'd like that beforehand) which was very comforting as we could tell how well he was being looked after. When we picked him up we could see how he was with Katie and could tell they'd formed a bond (we don't think he was too pleased about coming home :-D). The difference with Jasper when he came home compared to when he's stayed at regular cattery's was most definitely noticed. He was in immaculate condition and most importantly he seemed happy :-) I will be using Katie for all future holidays and can't recommend her enough \u003c3
