I had the opportunity to do my test drive of the vehicle that I thought I would choose in the first place. After testing, I went for the same model I had driven for almost three years, and I know very well. My agent was very patient and receptive. Immediately, she presented me with the best alternative; I accepted without hesitation. The one I choose was just pulled from the warehouse, and it would still have to be prepared for my best experience. So, they provided a brand new car (6 miles) to go home and provide safe transportation while my car was prepared. A day later, I received my fully enabled car, sparkling with a full tank and ready for an experience like only Infiniti deluxe can offer. Super happy!

I bought a new QX60 and they did a fantastic job. Definitely lived up to the Sewell commercials. Hugo was my sales guy and he is absolutely wonderful and attentive and very responsive to my continued questions. I’m sure he’s ready for me to stop with my questions . I had a few extra things done to the car so when it was ready a couple days later, Hugo delivered the car to my house and even had the red bow I wanted to take a picture with! I would definitely recommend Sewell Infiniti.
