Juan is the BEST SERVICE TECHNICIAN! I love going to Sterling McCall Acura. They provide first class service and take care all of my car needs. I have been going here for years and recently just purchased my 3rd Acura. I highly recommend Sterling McCall Acura and their service department. If you need a new car ask for Darrel Babineux and if you need your Acura serviced ask for Juan Macias you will be highly satisfied .

Andrew Spence worked very hard and went above and beyond to get me financed when I was in a very unfortunate situation!!! I thank him for his patience with me as well as the time he spent working on my deal .. it took a a lot back and forth but he made sure I left with a car and a smile on face and for a reasonable price !! I have been weary about taking my Acura to the dealership for service because I have always left feeling too pressured by the upselling, but my experience this time was different in a very positive way. I teamed up with Rafael@SterlingmccallAcura, for an oil change check engine light, and we went through the details at a comfortable pace with no pressure and discussed the needs of my vehicle; she was very fun to work with. And because of how reasonable it all ended up being through her hard work, I assured that I will come back again to tackle my list of repairs throughout this year!
I enjoyed my service today. I was greeted by the kindness person. She explained my service that were available in detail. I was able to understand and make an informed decision on what services I should choose based on mileage. I drank tea and watched HGTV. My car looked great when it returned to me. It was a great visit. I was quite satisfied.
