Unsuitable tyre fitted. The guy doesn't speak English and he knows nothing about tyres. Possibly a dangerous place to take your car. On the other hand, he's friendly and cheap, so I suppose you pays your money...

Needed a new tyre urgently, we called Lockwood Tyres and they were so friendly on the phone. We arrived and the two men who were there today (Sunday 9th August) were both really nice. We got a Toyo tyre and it was an excellent quality tyre. We are really happy and will go here all the time from now on. Thanks guys.
