Excellent office staff. Manager Gary is always ready to help with any prices. Their delivery staff will always try to place your supplies where you would like them. An all round good firm to work with.
If I could give them no stars I would. Firstly they deliver the wrong thing. Then they come and collect it and promise the right goods. Weeks later they still have our money. We still don't have what was ordered and they now claim not to have any return paperwork, even though we have the copy they put through our door. Endless lies. Dreadful service. We just want what we paid for.
I have been here on many occasions and have had stuff delivered. This place was my place to come for service but now i will never return... I used to come in and chat with the lads about anything i need, i hope they dont mind me mentioning them but steve was brilliant and jon who would always go out of his way to help me everyone else seems scared of customers and bored of work. I went to ridgeons a week or so ago maybe longer and everyone ran away, the girl in the yard was a little rude and the tattooed fella turned pale on the sight of a customer and the service in the shop was poor. As for delivery service has always been amazing from drivers rob, dale and pete have all been to a site i have worked on and i could not thank them enough. Dale also helped in the yard and knew his stuff and was always ready to help and up for a laugh! It seems that the staff have given up on life and are just there for money! Simple life lesson you spend more time at work than you do at home so enjoy what you do people!
