I ordered two embossed flasks for friends’ teenagers and they are so beautiful. Felt nervous buying over the internet as I usually do the London Christmas Fairs and like to see the products before buying. No problem here! I've had several items from Initially London and have always been impressed by the quality and attention to detail. The range of colours is fantastic and the staff I've dealt with are polite and knowledgeable. My favourite is the straw bag/basket; so many people have asked where I got it from. Definitely somewhere to go for unique and personalised gifts or to treat yourself!
