Great company to work for! Lots of incentives in place which helps to boost friendly competition. Very easy to progress in to a higher role if you're willing to put the work in. A lot of the management are people who have progressed from an adviser themselves. Fun & Friendly environment suited for all ages! :)

I've been at Inspired for just over 4 years now and I love it. All the staff are really friendly and approachable, no matter what their job status/role is. It's by far the most inclusive and supportive company I've ever worked for and they've helped me achieve so much, both inside and outside of work. Rather than reading the very small handful negative reviews I would urge anyone looking for a career in sales to consider Inspired
Inspired has been my home for 2 years - as with anywhere you get some good eggs and some bad eggs but by far the fun I have had here is the thing that stands out. They reward you well for loyalty and very very rarely have to look outside their own talent for their next managers. You have to want to at least put all your focus on giving your customers the best experience - but who wouldn't want to do their job to their best ability. I have like others worked in many call centers but this is probably the only place where everyone is treated as an individual - and you can tell its a smaller business as it does have a family feel to it. #proudtobeinspired

Terrible company to work for and avoid at all costs!! I used to work for Inspired and it was a shocking company to work for and I'll give you reasons why. First I'd like to mention I already left a review on indeed about this company but they have taken it down! So management is terrible and so unprofessional. All they care about is sales sales sales and don't care about you as a individual at all. Be prepared If you go for this job and don't get a sale or as many as they would like you to do, then you will lose privileges and probably get shouted at and pulled into a meeting. Why do you think they keep taking on for? Because people come and go all the time because it's that bad. I've worked at loads of different Call centres and believe me now this has to be the worst, I'm only warning you. The only thing I like about this job was the shifts and my colleagues. Everything else I hated. So you've all been warned.
