Most people visited at Seoul, you don’t miss to try the authentic Korean food here! Finally, I’m here for trying it. This restaurant is also received the award winning and Michelin Star too. As I read the review, most people always recommend to order the crab. Yes, I ordered it suddenly. The rule of restaurant inform that customer must order 1 person per order or more only. For example, come 4 persons, you have to order 4 menu compulsory! That’s why there are menus as the photo! I forget the rest of menu name but some menu also good taste. The service is normal not too good because at that time there are many people here. The price are so high but totally good!

50000won per crab, we 2 order 2 and magori. They came with Korean traditional snack. The taste is unique. People said there are three ways of eating. 1. eat alone 2. eat with rice 3. eat with Seaweed Location 7/10 Food 8/10 Price 6/10 Service 8/10 Recommended 8/10
great marinated crab not salty at all. crab are fresh and juicy! compared to others here maybe a bit pricey but it totally worth the value. a wholehearted recommendation
Raw crabs marinated in soy sauce is a dish you can’t miss in South Korea. Price for value does reflect in this meal. Size of crabs are large. Crab meat and corals are high quality. Raw crab marinated in chili sauce taste with hot and a bit of sweetness. But I personally still prefer original soy sauce because the crab taste will be full of mouth. The side dishes are well prepared. It’s a satisfying meal and really needs an empty stomach to welcome this lovely delicious meal.
Have they fell under the curse of the M-star? I would never know, the crabs aren’t bad but paying almost twice as much of what one pays for crabs at Sinsa-dong they are definitely not twice as good. While I didn’t quite believe what people say about their service... well, it’s that bad, the man at the reception has an attitude to foreign customers. Try if you must but best to be avoided.
The food is delicious but the entire experience is unfortunate. Since the Michelin Guide rating and other tourist awards, this restaurant is almost 100% tourist. They do not take reservations and in the winter, you have to wait in the freezing cold. Once you are inside it takes a while for them to get you seated. You can see the disorganized operation of the front of house and kitchen staff. We finally got seated next to two caucasian tourists, who proceeded to ask us if we ate dog and shark meat. They continued to make rude and racist remarks about the food and my culture. This is in no way a reflection of the restaurant or their responsibility, but my own experience. They didn’t know to pay in the front and stayed at the table for over 20 minutes after their meal. Our service was a bit slow, especially knowing that there isn’t much of a operating system. The mushroom stew was delicious, the crab on the salty side (I normally eat food unsalted). The side dishes were very good and reminded me of my childhood. Hopefully future guests have a better experience, especially with the guests around you.
Very fresh & yummy marinated crab. Side dishes were delicious too. But the crab was quite expensive. Service was fine, except the male waiter who looked very unwelcoming and sighed all the time. Personally I felt uncomfortable to walk without shoes inside the entire restaurant.
Long wait.... but no doubt the marinated crab is best in Korea
