Scott provided skee ball and pop-a-shot for our wedding reception. He was great to work with! He responded to emails promptly and was very professional. The games worked great and were affordable. We were glad to have found KC Video Games - seems like a lot of other companies only provided inflatable games or were simply out of our budget. Our wedding guests loved the games, highly recommend KC Video Games if you are looking for rentals for your event!
I had been communicating with him occasionally about an issue that it seemed in the beginning he was going to be nice about, but after 8 months of me only contacting him 2 times, the 2nd time, he accused me of harassing him, even though I’m only a child, and he is the one who broke every single promise he made me. He obviously lied to me, and never intended to go through on the nice things he told me multiple times, and he just doesn’t want that pointed out. I’m a kid, and I never said anything but nice and thoughtful words to him and I waited months in between communications, specifically so I would not be a bother, even though he was supposed to keep his promise ages ago.
Scott Jeno with KC Video Games has been incredibly helpful with servicing our basketball arcade game. Unfortunately we have had issues with the machine since we bought it and the company where we purchased it (not KC Video Games) was reluctant to help and thankfully introduced us to Scott. He has been to our home a few times to fix the arcade game and just today fixed it again for us before the holidays. We appreciate the excellent service of KC Video Games and Scott Jeno. We're so thankful to have experts on call when we need them to repair our arcade game. Highly recommend!
