Following a personal injury which meant I couldn't attend a course i'd booked with Climb 365 they wouldn't help/allow me to move my booking or allow me to defer to a later date. I even suggested a potential reduced rate for a later booking which they weren't happy to agree to. I explained the seriousness of the injury but was told they couldn't help and refused to refund the money or allow me to book another time once i'd recovered. Extremely disappointing as i would have loved to attend at some point, even if it was in a few months time!

Spent the day with Stu learning some self rescue techniques. Great guy and obviously knows his stuff, didn’t try cramming too much into one day either which was good. He’s also particularly good at finding crag swag

Excellent day climbing in Aviemore, very professional and I really like the way Stu et the day out so I got exactly what I needed out of it. I'm off to Everest in a months time, so I needed very specific tuition which was no problem for Stu. Highly recommend Climb 365.
