Went into the shop to choose Karndean flooring for a 40 square metre kitchen. Appointment made for Estimator to measure up. Sadly, the booked appointment came and went, but no Estimator. Phoned the shop to find out why the Estimator didn’t turn up, only to be told he’d gone to another customer in Hagley! Shame as I’d made special arrangements to be at the property myself. I can only imagine these people are brimming with business, treating a new customer with such contempt.

I highly recommend Rowe Carpets. I have had a an amazing service from start to finish. Nick was very helpful and provided a great service, the carpet fitters were great, the vinyl fitter Mike was a perfectionist and did an amazing job. The carpets are fabulous. They look amazing and feel great. I am over the moon with it all. So reasonably priced compared to other competitors. Cannot fault them at all. Thank you!

I've waited a while to leave this review as it's on a carpet. Excellent service in the shop, the assistant was very helpful showing us different carpets and explaining the best options for underlay etc, even dragged a heavy end roll to the window so we could see the colour in daylight! The fitter was quick, efficient and the carpet fitted perfectly. A year on and the carpet looks as good as new, it hasn't flattened or marked and we have a dog too. Over the years we've had all our carpets from a certain chain carpet store and been bitterly disappointed. We will always use Rowe carpets from now on as the quality is second to none and an excellent service.
