Having used them in the past (to repair/install a central guttering in a townhouse in Glasgow’s West End) I turned to them after being messed about by a roofing company in Glasgow and being unable to get anybody else to even answer their phones or reply to emails (1 finally did). An actual human being answered the phone, when told how urgent the job was (water pouring in to my daughter’s flat every time it rained) they promised somebody would be there this afternoon. I cannot tell you the weight it lifted. Kristen was lovely, cannot recommend her or them highly enough.
