Still waiting for a password to gain access to my mother (rosemary Steele) medical records. We have filled in every form available, this was 4 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Not very impressed

Staff are amazing and so friendly. Easy to sign up, had an appointment booked for me the next day. Pharmacy is just next door and they are just as helpful. They seem to all go above and beyond to help you out with your situation.
Have had to deal with this Doctor’s surgery twice in as many months. Very impressed with the incredibly pleasant and efficient handling both by staff and clinicians. On the first occasion seen by the Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed, treated and arranged ongoing care by the Intermediate Care Team. On the second occasion rang the surgery to inform the doctor of a recent deterioration necessitating a visit to the Out of Hours Centre. The doctor was very sympathetic and we not only had a 10 minute phone conversation but later that evening she called around to make sure everything was all right! On each occasion the reception staff were pleasant, courteous and very efficient. Our interaction with the health centre is for an elderly relative that we visit regularly. Highly recommend their excellent service.
