Wow just wow. Went in expecting the usual b&q experience what I got was expert advice from Mark and Charlie who talked me through all my options. (Yes I do recommend durable matt). Not only that even the manager Darren got drawn into the conversation which I must say ended up going into football. It seems these guys seem pretty passionate about their job and some what funny as they all support different teams. When I came out of this shop I knew this a place that has expert advice excellent customer service and a warm welcome. It is obvious to me these guys get along with each other and want to help you. I was told if I have problems just phone and they will do their best to help including coming round to offer advice and help. I'm going back soon as my kitchen needs doing and want to find out which team is doing the best, Qpr, Chelsea or West Ham. Again can not recommend enough.

Very helpful staff. Able to get the paint colour i needed, mixed on the spot, and out within 10 minutes. 1l tin much cheaper than F&B at Homebase too.
