First contact: I received a Mail at 18:33 that the delivery will be next day from 10-14. Seriously? I was able to stop it online, and should contact the delivery partner. Of course, no one does answer the phone. And the mail adress is oreply@...\ Great service.

I got this message 5 days ago \Your shipment from LUCKY BIKE RADLBAUER is in transit to carrier\ - and then NOTHING - and they do not answer email requests for tracking - I wonder if they just stole the package ? It seems that the minimum is one star - and even that seems to be too much :-(

On the delivery day the guy says he has forgotten to get a signature on the paper and goes back without delivering the goods . And instead they return our goods to the supplier saying it’s damaged . I never saw my package and was additionally charged 30 EUR for nothing . The administration office does not respond .Worst I have ever seen ! !

Ich kann mich den andren Kunden nur anschließen. Ich wurde jetzt bereits das Dritte mal vertröstet und warte nur auf den Anruf und den vierten Terminvorschlag. Die telefonisch Erreichbarkeit ist eine Katastrophe und die Mitarbeiter nur bedingt freundlich (also nicht). Das man also Kunde nicht erfreut ist, wenn die teuer bezahlte Ware wieder und wieder nicht geliefert wird. Leider kann man sich den Spediteur oft nicht aussuchen!

Eine reinste Katastrophe! Ich stimme den ganzen negativen Kommentaren zu! Es hieß, dass die Lieferung ab 9:30h bis 13:30h geliefert werden kann und eine halbe Stunde davor Bescheid gegeben, wann die Lieferung ungefähr da sein soll. Ich habe einen Anruf um 9:00h bekommen und er stand schon vor meiner Haustür, obwohl ich damit gerechnet habe, dass er ab 9:30h kommt und mich vorher anruft. Er war sehr unhöflich und wurde laut am Telefon, weil ich gefragt habe, warum er nicht 30min vorher anruft und schon um 9:00h da ist!!! Ich habe mich bei der netten Dame (IDS Logistik) am Telefon beschwert. Und nach einer Stunde bringt er mein Tisch vor die Haustür. (50kg schwere Esstischplatte) Es war geplant, dass die Lieferung bis in die Wohnung geliefert werden kann. Er hat ohne eine Unterschrift die große Palette vor die Tür gestellt. So eine Frechheit! Ich wünschte, ich könnte euch die Bewertung -10 abgeben!!!
