Very poor after sales. Weight machine breakdown in few months only and they wont send any engineer for repair customer will hae to take to them..

Their after sales service is extremely poor, i have taken two scales from them. First one stopped working in 4-5 Months the other scale stopped working within a month. No help from their end.

This company is a thief.. don't ever buy any machine from this company. His boss does not know any job, and staff is totally useless.. they have sold the machine and does not care to start it or teach our person to use it.. and when we are calling them to do, they are not responding as full money has been paid. It is a request to everyone not to buy any machine from this company.
