Because there are so many negative comments here i wanna say I had a really good experience. The staff is super friendly, everyone spoke good English. And especially my doctor was just super nice and kind. Waiting time a bit long, but due to travelers covid testing (I was the only eal sick\ person there). Feld save and in good hands.

Good place. The point on the map is wrong. You should pass buildings uproad from this pinpoint and you will see it (search on google maps for: Hospital Lusíadas Lagos and/or see map attached). On Sunday it took me 2 minutes on reception and immediately to the doctor and procedures in emergency room. Already feel better :)

Went for a surf head injury and was seen very quickly. All staff speak English in hospital and are very friendly. Was very affordable also for a private hospital

I had to go to get an injection in the knee and all went well. The nurses were gentle and caring. Dr Antonio Taveira, who gave me the injection was attentive and gave me the same advices and warnings as my Dr in Victoria, Canada. I have no complaints.
