Felt very disappointed in Myles the store manager today with the customer care received. Told to come back in a hour. (Did) Then told he didn't have time to have a look at my ring. (He didn't clearly want to) then had a look after leaving me then coming back. By this time I was clearly sat there like a lemon. I did not receive the professional courtesy that his fellow colleague gave me (Bob) when I was last in store. I made him aware of the profit margin and cash to them being banks lyon and all I got was back tracking and excuses. (Was dealing with an 8 to 9k ring and a rolex. Never know a jewellers to turn down cash profit). All I can say is Rodney Banks must be doing really well to turn down cash and a very good margin. Overall not a good experience probably gonna go to Preston Whittles store.
