There's a entry fee of 1.5 euro which is pretty decent. But couldn't enter the church as it was locked which was kind of disappointing.Dont know if it opens some other time. One can definitely visit the top of the church which has a pretty decent view. Better to take the lift to the top because there is a flight to stairs to climb which can tire a lot of people.

Magnificient, twin-towered Catholic Cathedral. The main Cathedral on the whole of the Canary Islands. Very impressive and large construction. Wonderful and rich interior. The architectural styles are Gothic Pointed (based on arches) and the Renaissance. There is a viewpoint on the roof of the cathedral. Access by lift. The cathedral houses Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art (separate entrance). The Cathedral of Santa Ana is a historical point in Las Palmas absolutely worth to see. I enjoyed my visit in January 2015.
Beautiful place! Must do! Pay 1.50 to do the tower the views are amazing ! Can take a lift to first part and walk the rest of you are out of time. Cathedral and museum are 4 and great too! Watch closing times 4.30pm weekdays and Saturday until 1.30pm. I got to tower at 4.15pm so just made it.
Had a great panoramic view of Las Palmas from the Cathedral Tower, which is why l would recommend this experience. Also if you don't/can't manage the stairs there is a lift that takes you to the roof top for 1.50. However, to reach the tower there are some internal stairs and a small area to get an even higher view.
This time we could ony visit the tower as the Cathedral & museum just closed when we came down. However, the tower itself is a great site to visit with it’s fantastic view over most of Las Palmas. Highly recommended!
