Very bad experience at this shop. Smells like gasoline inside this store. There's no parking. They have very poor customer service skills.

Yamaha Motors Philippines told me I can go to any Yamaha dealer for my Aerox defective guage under warranty. But this (only this shop) said they will not do the warranty replace because we didnt bought the motorcycle in their shop. Weird! Maybe fake dealership beware...

No personal touch in keeping repeat customers. After getting four bikes from them in six years, I moved to a different dealer. Medyo tamad din silang mag update sa customer kung anung nangyari na sa application forms at papeles. Yan ang huling kinuha ko sa kanila last year, aerox. Naibenta ko na yan pero ala pa din ang plaka. Itong nmax sa ibang dealer ko na kinuha, dahil nga wala silang amor sa repeat customer, na declined ako kahit walang nag CI sa tig 6M na bahay ko. Nung nawala si Isay, basura na ang pumalit na sales rep dito.

Kahet hindi sira pesa/parts na motor mo papalitan pa din nila, bago palng motor ko pero ginastos ko pa almost 6k tas smell gasoline shop nila ,hindi nila open aircone , walang chairs para sa coustmer kahet isa , tas they don’t know how to talk with costumers!! Pkita ko parts sa iba sbi nila hindi pala sira pero sila lng sbi na sira hahah, tas pag tapos n gumwa hindi nilgay ayos na takip sa langis buti nkita ko habng pkarga ako na gas ️!! Nakaka dispointed
