I have been coming to this store since my girls were very small, they are now 31 and 33. They still talk about the presence in this store. As adults they still visit this store.It is truly an oasis. You feel different when here. It is such a quiet piece of heaven. Richard, the owner has always called me by name and treated me like family when there. He has maintained this store and atmosphere, never deviating from kindness and love. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere else. Some have come close but none have ever met this quality. I pray many blessings to this family for all that they give.

I've been shopping at Living Word for over 30 years, starting way back when the store was in East Greenbush. It was nice there, but the store in Latham is just beautiful...if I need a gift or a book this is the place I go. They seem to have everything and then some, and the owners couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They are such kind, gentle people. Thank you for being there!
