This is my neighborhood. I have lived here for almost 10 years now and I love it. Great homes, even better neighbors. The commutes are great to Columbia or Ft Meade. The schools are fantastic and walking distance (elementary and middle). The HOA takes care of us and listens, the Pool is great! Move here if you can.

Steffanie and Amber are great! Every time I have a concern or question, I send and email and receive a prompt response. The are understanding pay attention. Emerson is a great place to live and I honestly don't think it would be the same without them managing it.

First of all u guys need to cut tree branch all around your community, second of all u guys need change the price for pool passes because 175 for i pool? Too much. At least provide a gym or something, in conclusion fix your community.
