I received great Specific Structural Survey service from Mr. David Allcott, a very experienced engineer. He helped me to identify a structural issue with house we wanted to buy and unfortunately we had to pull out of the purchase. He explained in details the possible root causes and the risks of the issues. I highly recommend him to anyone suspecting a structural issue with the house they want to buy.

The survey report was very thorough but easy to understand and follow. Their prices are a little more than average but the service was good and the appointment was booked not too far in advance. The garage was not checked because it was \locked\ at the time, but I would expect that they simply ask the agency for the key to gain access. Therefore resulted in an additional week to wait for the updated report.
