I rang this shop after my son had ‘broken’ the laptop he was using for homeschooling! They were so helpful, knowledgeable and told me to bring the computer over straight away to see if they could help. 1 hour later fully fixed! Cannot recommend them highly enough

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When asked for a quote for a battery repairs, John, the owner, broke my computer keyboard through ignorance, see the photo for the damage caused. Then he refused to repair or replace or reimburse me for the damage. Despite me contacting trading standards andoutlining their statutory duties. They do not adhere to trading standards, Are arrogant, rude, shouty, unhelpful and completely disinterested in putting right the mistakes they caused. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY they do not have the ability to tell you honestly that they can't fix something so will break it and cause untold damage to your machine.
Many thanks to John for retrieving my family photos from an old computer. John is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about IT, and carried out my job quickly for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Computer Solutions for any IT problems
John & Arthur are superstars who managed to revive my old apple laptop from a watery death and then reinstall an appropriately ancient operating system on it so that I could continue to run some very important and very out-dated software. All this when the first place I took it to said that my computer was unsalvageable! Good price too. Thank you :D
Well what can I say.. a massive thank you to the lovely John for helping me fix my sons gaming PC at such short notice. I was so happy with his service and price..its nice to know that people dont take advantage and cost the earth. He fixed my computer within half an hour.
