Excellent customer service. I emailed 3 days ago to enquire about something I had seen a few weeks ago in the shop window, the staff member sent me pictures matching my description until they found the one I was talking about. They put it aside for me and I walked to the shop today to collect and pay for it - generous discount and it was very nicely wrapped (sorry for making you unwrap and re-wrap it so I could see it). All staff members were friendly and helpful and the shop is very unique and quirky.

Love this shop. So many different items. Purchased a stunning pair of lamps today, but tempted by so much more. Shame our car was so full. Next trip I will definitely purchase more.

Really disappointed. No updates on delivery ,despite leaving several voicemails.. Eventually wardrobe arrived some 2 months later than anticipated.We had fitted new carpets in the interim . I was bitterly disappointed when, despite repeated requests to take their trainers off/wear overshoes , my suggestions were ignored . There continued to traipse wet footprints up 2 floors of the house, marking the new carpets. They merely suggested we assemble the wardrobe ourselves. We had paid in excess of 1100 for this wardrobe.I did not expect such a cavalier attitude from a ‘Wharton’s family business’ I feel so let down ,wishing I hadn’t ‘ supported local’. Apparently their insurance company does not cover them to remove their shoes or wear overshoes !! Let’s hope it covers them for carpet damage/ cleaning.!! BUYER BEWARE I suggest you order from an ADEQUATELY ,APPROPRIATELY INSURED company.

All the furniture is of high quality and the presentation in the shop is excellent. We have bought several items over a few years and been delighted with our purchases. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The deliveries have been in good time and assemblies done competently and neatly with all packaging removed. Very satisfied.
