I ordered a pair of gloves at 10am on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery but they haven't arrived. I have spent Friday afternoon calling, emailing and sending instant messages on the website but have had no response.
Ordered a pair of gloves for my partner but they never showed up so had to phone these guys up (didn't receive a reply on email but phone number is on website), and apparently the gloves were damaged during transit and were on the way back to the company. The member of staff on the phone was super apologetic and absolutely helpful, and I received the gloves first thing next morning! Thank you :)
No shop at address phoned but no answer not very good considering I travelled far to get here
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good selection of MMA and BJJ no gi clothing, even though it’s a small shop. Prices competitive with online prices. Will be returning!
