I recently visited this shop to look at laminate flooring and was really impressed with the choice , I found just what I was looking for and was in stock , the guy at the counter was very helpful, I felt very relaxed and comfortable browsing and didn't feel pushed at all , very happy with the visit and I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service from the whole team. Steve & Simon were very helpful in providing their advice about which carpets would be best value etc. The fitter did a great job, including planing the doors. When we raised the query that one of smaller carpet patches had some oil marks on from the cutting machine, they came back out to replace instantly and for free of course. Would recommend the Floorstore to anyone!
