Do not go with these \solicitors\ ha solicitors and Thompsons don't go together! Over 8 years later, and with the other side admitting liability still not got my compensation! Just had an Email that its going to be another year and that was sent by his secretary! Only with them through the union (pcs) they have lost paper work on multiple occasions, send paper work that has pages missing! They don't get back to you. Could go on, but just get angrier by the second. Unprofessional is an understatement. Will be contacting the law society that's for sure. Would give no stars if could.

I was stupid not to read reviews before I chose it for an accident compensation. But when I finally read the comments, I was not surprised even one bit. The reason I chose it in the first place is that a lawyer friend said it's eputable\. I still do not know what he was talking about.

I contacted Thompson Solicitors after reading about them but have been deeply and terribly disappointed. After taking on my case which was clearly in my favour I no longer heard from them unless it involved me signing something for their convenience. I contacted them as the process was not made clear to me and my case handler always sounds frustrated when contacted... well if you inform me of what is happening then maybe I wouldn't need to do so. I truly wish I had chosen another firm to represent me as this has been one of the worst experiences I have had... please do not make the same mistake as me!!!
