Ordered food at 20:05, told it would be delivered at 20:50 which it was not.. 10 past 9 we rang up just to check on things and they said an extra 10/15 minutes which we were ok with but again, it didn't arrive. Then when we proceeded to ring again, the phone was constantly busy. Finally got through at 10 past 10 for them to say they rang and my number was wrong and they had been to try deliver which is odd because no one made an attempt to come to our door. We then cancelled the order from them and ordered elsewhere. Only for the order to come about half an hour later anyway, stone cold. Very disappointed with service.

I have been a loyal customer of this place and time and time again they get the order wrong. Tonight being the straw that broke the camel's back. Ordered a lamb byriani and 2 separate chapati's. The chapati's were missing!! At my cost! Will I get this back?! No! It has happened too many times that we are going elsewhere and would advise others to do the same. Constant error after error.
FANTASTIC!!! We all really enjoyed our food , this is pure restaurant quality delivered right to your doorstep. Won’t be going anywhere else when treating myself. Top marks to the chef.
finally arrived 2 and a half hours after I placed the order. 2 meals were clap cold the other piping hot! tried ringing but constantly engaged. waiting for an email from manager. . . .
Ordered from here countless times and never been disappointed until today. Ordered my tea and it wasn’t delivered for an hour and 20 minutes. I phoned after an hour and they said they’d be on their way, then when food was delivered it was cold and they had not brought my chips which I had paid for. I phoned Zahra’s back up and asked for my chips to be fetched to me to which I was told they would be delivered ASAP. It has now been over an hour and still not arrived. Will not be ordering from here again, totally angry and disappointed.
