I have been following Jacqueline Harold Design's beautiful jewellery posts on Instagram for some time now. (@jacquelineharolddesigns) So as it was our wedding anniversary, I decided to get something very special for my wife. I chose to get a few beautiful items from JHD's website, but I wanted to ask a few questions. I contacted Jacqueline by direct message and later by phone, to discuss my plans and to get a personalisation ideas. Jacqueline was so helpful and gave me lots great advice on how how we could add some personal touches to my purchases. I made my purchase and it arrive in good time, beautifully packaged. I couldn't be happier and more importantly, my wife love them too. Thank you

Jacqueline is an outstanding and extremely talented Artisan Jeweller based in Leek, Staffordshire, who I can't recommend highly enough. She's very professional in her skill and conduct with customers, and her work is also remarkably good value (though at no compromise to the quality). I recently commissioned Jacqueline to create a bespoke peice of jewellery for my girlfriend's birthday, based on a drawing of a rose I'd previously made. Jacqueline went to great lengths (with much patience) to realise my vision and she executed it perfectly. The piece she created is exquisite, and both myself and my girlfriend are delighted with it. Jacqueline is a very nice person and kept me informed of progress every step of the way and was straight-up, realistic and honest throughout. Her shop is gorgeous and well worth a visit in itself, with many varied pieces on display for sale. Can't rate this place enough. The shop itself describes the quality and care that goes into the products. Cheaper than the high street and handmade by a skilled craftsperson. I ordered a stunning silver wedding band and it arrived in good time and wrapped beautifully.

Jackie has made several original pieces for me both for myself and as gifts for me to give to friends and family. Each time she has taken time and used her wonderful design skills to make each piece totally individual and to incorporate old family jewellery with sentimental value into new pieces to be enjoyed. I can’t recommend highly enough.
