told heavy delivery of paving slabs would be here at 1pm, turned up, sneakily before 10am, for 41 delivery they dropped it kerbside as opposed to driving down the drive to the house (and yes we can get lorries down the drive) they didnt let anyone know it had been delivered we think for a reason, as on opening the plastic wrapped stack of paving slabs 3 were broken in the exact same place-probably dropped -no pallet emailed through Amazon as their txt message address is undeliverable 2 days,no message as of yet (and replying on a review which doesnt alert me is a bit rubbish!only see reply cos I checked back-have emailed service@armstrongsupplies no reply-and through amazon no reply and to 'wayne@armstrongsupplies with photos-'straight away means 13hrs-for a reply) if I had seen these reviews prior to ordering I wouldnt have bothered angry and fed up edit: offered 3 replacement slabs but had to drag the broken slabs back to kerbside for them to take away(made to feel like I was lieing and shouldnt have complained throughout!) and told would have to take another day off to wait in for the replacements as THEY couldnt tell when they'd be delivered and we cant leave 3 of them on the small pavement all day!!!) 41 I PAID FOR THIS DELIVERY-RUBBISH

On on 25 October, I ordered a Salisbury Arbour and paid 230.99, with a promised delivery date of 30 October. As at 8 Nov, still no news despite several attempts to ring and email Armstrong Supplies. I've contacted my credit card company to advise this transaction needs to be annulled as I've not received the promised item and Armstrong has been unresponsive. My advice is to avoid ordering from this company.

Ordered through amazon. Item didn't arrive and was refunded 12 as a gesture. When it did arrive it was the wrong item. I ordered 3 inch perforated drainage pipe and was sent 2 inch. Rang and the guy on the phone said he would get someone to call me back and they didn't. I rang several time to an answer phone then saying they were closed. Not impressed and will not use them again. I wasted my money!!!
