No company is perfect however with AT Management, as long as you put in the work you will always get the reward - it is that simple. It is quiet disheartening to read some of the reviews by others especially when this company is a company who gives people chances to do well but it is down to you if you want to do it. Alot of people go to ATM and expect to be paid for work they have clearly not done but that is not how it goes. I am an prime example of growth and progression within a company - I have had to put my head down and do the work in order to get rewarded - that simple!

A Horrible place to work, job consists of cold calling pensioners and forcing them to switch internet provider. Dont get a sale? They take your breaks away. They promise you the world and deliver on nothing. Avoid at all costs!
Stay as far away as possible from this place. They'll promise you all sorts but will never live up what's they've promised you. The management at this place has to be the worst there is, all the managers care about is their own pockets and will talk down to you and even go as far as swear at you if you dont make sales. The managers also have their own personal favourites and treat agents that don't lick their behind's like rubbish. All I can say is stay as far away as possible from this place.
All I can say is stay away if you have any sense. Haven't paid me for over 3 month . Professional business? But can't afford to pay what's due. Office looks nice, but what's the point. Commission structure isn't what it seems. Ask all your questions first. Team leaders can't be trusted. Promised me all sorts. No one delivered. I will be chasing MY money for as long as it takes. Sales lines. I'll turn up. I'll call all departments. I'll post. Swindling people out of money does not make a success story. Load of crock. Ill be seeing you.
Ups and down's, same with all jobs. you get out what you put in and if you're a decent sales person, the money's there.i Left for 5 months and i can promise you that youll struggle to find 28k elsewhere.
