I worked at Beaumont hall for a month now as a senior and I honestly cant believe how well run this care home is.. the care staff really do genuinely care and love the residents like their own family, they're the hardest working people I've ever met, or worked with, the management team are an absolute delight to be around and always make you feel supported they are funny, welcoming and always are there when you need a hand, and the residents are absolutely fantastic, they're funny, loving and so lovely to look after and be around, all of this makes work so worth it seeing a smile on the residents faces and knowing they're happy definitely makes the care staff happy too.

First impression upon visiting ideal care home and to be honest the receptionist was a bit of a put off. No basic greet when arriving or leaving, even though I was friendly from my side. The lady looked rather bored and miserable in her job. No smile either, probably needs to be trained better. I will look elsewhere.

I’ve been visiting Beaumont Hall for about 2 years as a DoLS representative and I’m now one of the company trainers. Over this time, I’ve seen this home go from strength to strength! Kerri is a fantastic home manager and she has a fab team who I know always do their best to ensure quality care with compassion. I always enjoying training their staff and find it very rewarding. The team at Beaumont Hall provide a great atmosphere for their residents and ensure their days are spent in a loving, caring and productive way! Top stuff!

I'm the hairdresser at the home, as an outsider coming in to the home, on.my previous experiences of residential homes this is a lovely environment the staff are exceptional the management will go above and beyond to help in any way possible to meet your needs. It's a lovely place to visit and be a part of the team.
