Good price and free next day delivery - Needed a Mitutoyo Bore Mic for an urgent Job, called the sales team and they said they could get it with me for the next day direct from the supplier. Ordered online and the unit arrived with me before 10am the next day :)
Very poor customer service. Had to chase them up several times. Eventually informed (\u003e30 days later) that they were unwilling to sell to us as they require payment upfront - which is not possible due to our own T&Cs. Good luck trying to buy from this company.
Sorry to say, place an order and it was 81days old and still no items. We had to chase every week and in the end I had to cancel. Nice staff but they are let down with poor stocks .. Shame.
Order on their website in December they changed the delivery date twice after 5 months wait change the date third time again. They don’t do uk mainland delivery in 4-5 days they can’t even do in 4-5 months entirely relay on their manufactures. They are distributor only the one star is for refund my money in a 4 day.
