Spent over an hour on hold trying to get through and then gave up in the end. Apparently our \call was important to them\... but not enough for them to pick up the phone. What a waste of space.

My partners prescription was emailed over from a foreign clinic, however, we heard nothing from them. 3 calls later (one which was put down after waiting on hold for 10 minutes) and we were told delivery couldn't be until Tuesday (4 days later) as we had missed the 1pm deadline. Stress added to an already stressful situation!
