This is the first time I have ever done yoga before. I have only participated in 2 classes but I can tell I am going to really enjoy it. Lex makes you feel very at ease and comfortable from the get go. It is such a friendly welcoming class that makes you feel really good afterwards.

I personally had wanted to try yoga for a long time but never had any classes in my area, I went along and spent an hour and a half in class as a first timer I was nervous but as soon as class started I was in the zone and left class very refreshed and clear minded. My mind has been a bit cluttered recently and I can honestly say Yoga is so good for the mind, soul and muscles i will definitely be back! Very Good service for a good price, lex and Janice are very professional teachers. Looking forward to the next class!!

Coming back into yoga after taking a break due to life was a little daunting. I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right class to benefit me in the present and assist me to grow and continue to empower myself. From the second I stepped into Lex's class I was instantly at ease and knew I had made the best choice for me. It was the little things.....insense burning, decorated space, music playing, beautiful atmosphere and surroundings. Enjoyable twist was yoga outside in nature which really was beneficial......yoga in the sun ️ Lex isn't just an amazing teacher because he has a calm voice and is educated properly, its because he truly believes in what he teaches and has an abundance of energy that is contagious. If you want to experience true, pure and authentic yoga for yourself then go to Lex. Thank you for welcoming me back to yoga so warmly Namaste
The Purusha Yoga studio is a lovely, calming and welcoming space. I always leave Lex's yoga classes feeling calmer and grounded. I would highly recommend anyone to attend one of the classes, which are never too big or crowded and are always friendly.
