All 3 Venetian blinds arrived damaged (many slats bent), this wasn’t damaged in transit, just poor care taken when making. All 3 blinds had to be remade and I asked when making the valences again, if a cm could be added to their length. I was told this couldn’t be done as it would cost more. This was a poor excuse to justify charging for it. Knowing what I wanted they cut the valence to short and wanted to charge me 30 for new valences. So much for their environmental policy where they claim to be concerned about this on their website. They’d rather squeeze a few more ’s out their customers and waste product rather than do the right thing - very sad that a company in these environmentally sensitive times doesn’t seem to have a care about their carbon footprint.

I worked for this company for 13 years. The manager's were very good to me. If you work hard you will have no problems. 3 weeks after I left the company I took ill. The management at decor have supported me throughout my illness even though I don't work there anymore . I will be forever grateful for the help I have received by the company.

The worst company to work for, targets in some functions are unrealistic and management knows that and won't care just says that we are not quick enough. My section leader and trainers said they know that there are target unreal to beat in some functions and they trying to tell to management but they won't listen. Some off the functions are targeted 7 min where this really takes one minute to do Never would recommend any1 to work for them, only if you don't have another job this will do you for a while.

Diabolical customer service. I ordered some shutters at the beginning of March this year (two weeks before the country closed due to covid). The shutters I ordered did eventually arrive in may they were poorly put together with lots of sharp edges on the shutter rods and also they were the incorrect size for the windows. Since then I have been fighting with this company to get there mistakes rectified and to this day am no closer in achieving this. The customer services are almost non existent and very rude when you do eventually manage to get a response to countless emails and phone calls. Lots of unkempt promises. I personally will not be ordering anything further from this company and my guess is they would not careless based on previous experiences.

I really can't understand the complaints about customer service. Not only are my blinds fab (after 2 years in use) but when I contacted them recently, the service I received was excellent.
