Excellent staff whom seem to really care for their patients. My 17 month old went to them for 3rd degree burns and even when they were fully booked they made sure to squeeze him in. Thanks to them he should heal perfectly !!

Worse place ever. Each doctor says a diagnose different from the other partners doctors in the same clinic. They don’t even say hi, horrible customer service. I was in the exam room for 20 min waiting for the dr. When I got tired I rang the call bell, the nurse came to the room so pale and scared- she yelled to me” the button is for emergency only. I thought something bad happen here” the doctor come in n barely apologize. By the 4th visit we are there. They say my son needs surgery bc he has a 3 rd degree burn. None of the doctors before said it was 3rd degree. They never said hi or asked how my so. 4years old was doing. Anyway I can go on and on. I left their no care clinic and went to Cornell in NY which is highly excellent on the care they provide n friendly staff. Barnabas health never again!

We had to wait 2 hours just to get called our appointment was 10:00 we came at 10:10 and had to wait 2 hour I hope I never need to go here again
