My experience at Maserati was AMAZING!! My daughter, my friend and i met with Shane, I was trading in my old Maserati, Shane took us out for a test drive and was so very knowledgeable and funny, it feltike we were on a drive with an old friend. My husband could not be at this test drive but no worries because Shane made the most Informative video for him! When we went in to purchase our vehicle it was an easy process, Nick got all of our info so that when I returned to pick up my new car everything was done! I have NEVER had a more pleasurable experience purchasing a car. BRAVO Maserati on a job well done!
Bruce is my service rep at Maserati of Central Florida. I have been working with him for a little over 1 year. He is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me with timing to get in and out for service. He is the best... as long as I have a Maserati I will continue to work with Bruce.

My husband bought me an Alfa Romeo Stelvio for Christmas. I have had two issues with my car. I called the first time to ask about my battery. I was told to leave my information and someone from the service department will call me back. Hours went by, abs I called two more times. I was told the same thing and no one ever called me back. Now I have an issue with my A/C on the driver’s side. I called, was told to leave my information and not know called back. 3 hours later I called again and was told my information will be given to a service person. Waiting.....
I purchased a Maserati about 6 months ago and just took in for service with items under warranty. Bruce my service advisor was flawless. His knowledge of the product allowed my items to be covered and he noticed some additional fixes that they covered and I was super happy. Bruce was in constant contact with me throughout the time I was in a loaner and made the process effortless. While waiting they have an espresso machine and healthy snacks. I would highly recommend Maserati/Ferrari of Orlando for any purchase or service.

I have been in the market for a new Maserati levante for a few months. With not much luck finding one on my home state, I turned to looking online myself to find the car I was looking for. By chance I landed on Maserati of Central Florida. I scrolled through their inventory and found the car of my dreams! I left a message and the very next day Kellvin called me back and we discussed the car and the process. From start to finish he was top notch at his job. I have never purchased a car out of state- let alone sight unseen, but he made the process seamless. If you are looking for a luxury car whether Maserati or Ferrari, this is place to do it!
