I had a treatment at Botonics with Narushka. I was very happy with the service throughout. I had an informative and helpful virtual consultation which answered all my questions and reassured me that I was in safe hands. During the treatment everything was explained to me and care was taken to correct some asymmetry I already had. After the treatment there was no real discomfort and I was very happy with the outcome. It was natural but noticeable. The before and after care instructions were very comprehensive and I am returning for a repeat treatment tomorrow and I have no doubt I will be just as pleased with the results.

My experience at Botonics has been outstanding from the start. I first contacted Botonics after my Roaccutane treatment was stopped due to coronavirus, which meant I could no longer continue my treatment. After suffering for years with my acne this was something I was so upset about and really didn’t want to stop since I had already taken a months worth of tablets. Not wanting to stop my treatment I contacted botonics for help. They responded to my first email within just a few hours and My video consultation took place within 2 days (on the Friday). I was then sent to there lab to get my blood tests done on the Monday (as they are shut at weekends) and they had the results the same day ! As all my results were clear, I then had my prescription sent out to me the next day. All within less than a week. I couldn’t have been happy to have been able to continue my treatment. Since then I have been on roaccutane for coming up to 4 months. With monthly blood tests (when needed) pregnancy tests and video calls with my doctor to check in on my progress, any side effects I’m suffering with and to answer any worries and questions that I have. All of this has helped me to feel supported during my treatment and has meant I’ve had no worries along the way. Due to the situation this has also meant my prescriptions have had to be posted out to me, Botonics service has always been first class, with me always receiving this within a few days and has meant there has been no delay in finishing one month of tablets and starting the next. Overall I’m incredibly happy and couldn’t have asked for more with my treatment so far and the service I’ve recieved from Botonics. My skin has improved dramatically, which a few months ago I would never of believed was possible, giving me back so much confidence in everyday life. So a massive thank you to Botonics and the team !( i've attached some photos of my journey so far)

I first came into contact with Botonics after I explored all avenues in regards to Acne treatment with the NHS. I tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to be working. I consulted with my GP after I researched about Roaccutane and she advised me in order to be referred to a dermatologist on the NHS I'd be expecting a minimum of a 6 month wait, however, I simply couldn't take the anxiety and insecurity anymore. I booked a consultation with Dr Divya online and within hours I received a video call, after speaking for around 15 minutes I became more knowledgeable about my condition then ever before, Dr Divya immediately put my mind at ease and restored my hope in clear skin. Following up my video call consulation I received a phone call from a gent called Bill, whom I couldn't speak more highly of. Bill is always an email or phone call away, he's very knowledgable, experienced and easy to talk to. 2 days after my blood test I received my first batch of Roaccutane and I can easily say, 2 months in, this is the best decision I've ever made in my life. Words can't describe how grateful I am for this life changing service. From the consultation to starting treatment in less than a week, couldn't recommend more!

I have suffered with moderate acne pretty much most of my teenage and young adult life. By the time I was 25 I decided I didn't want to waste anymore of my life feeling unhappy with my skin. I went the NHS route i.e. antibiotics, topical retinoids and a 38 week waiting list for a dermatologist!! I did some research and I came across botonics and the great reviews it had. Not only that, it was a a fraction of the price of some of the dermatologist's I was coming across plus you get a free (video) consultation, winner! From the first point of contact with Botonics and Bill it has been an incredibly positive experience for me. I felt listened too and I felt as though they really saw me as an individual and my story. Everything is super organised, easy to navigate and understand. The team are very understanding to individual's circumstance and needs. It (can be) all from your own home which, given the times we're in, is just an added bonus. The treatment can be tailored to your needs and wishes. It is a fuss-free, simple and to the point service and that is something that can be difficult to find in the beauty/dermatology world. Everything is as it says, there is no hidden meanings or agendas behind anything. It truly is the best investment I've made and I am so glad I picked botonics. Roaccutane can be a scary prospect and it can be a difficult journey, but when it's made so easy and smooth like It is with Botonics it really makes it a whole lot easier. I couldn't recommend Botonics, Bill and Dr. Joshua enough!

I've been returning Nauruscka Henriques for two years now and im blown away after each visit. I decided to have the treatment for tear trough and cheek enhancement as I felt I appeared much older than my age. Since I've been going to see Nauruscka I constantly look fresh faced and feel my best!!. Nauruscka gives a really personal experience she's very friendly and makes you feel in good hands, her appearance is immaculate she's truly beautiful inside and out . The results are very natural but I get a lot of comments from people saying how much younger and fresher I look. I personally wouldn't trust anyone else to go for my treatments and my friend also sees Nauruscka and is always extremely happy.
