It’s a outstanding school, I learned about so many different countries and cultures just talking to my friends. Academic and happy days...

it is an amazing place to get educated and although expectations are high it is worth it for. there is wifi just not for kids or visitors: why would you need it and it is a school so obviously there is MINOR tech issues because of budget cuts and to comment on these things would be less productive, just ask the government to raise more money for schools, or at least any educated or intelligent person would see this as the problem. yes the school has some faults but what school does not. its a private school for the public you couldn't ask much more, tones of free clubs and an education to rival top private schools in the country and yet its open to everyone not private instead welcoming of everey nationality, race and religion.

I attended this school almost 50 years ago and today I am still grateful for the education I received. I realise things have changed radically over time but from its results, it is still achieving the goal the William Rodger set for the school, which was to offer education to all, irrespective of religion, colour or social background. As the School is about to celebrate its 150 anniversary, perhaps one should remember and rework John Kennedy's remark, Ask not what the School can do for me but what I can do for the School. Cowper Street allowed me, my younger brother to achieve a university education and supported both us use during our time there.

I work near this school and the behaviour of the students is appalling. There is a police officer there most days and at 3.15 the atmosphere on Cowper Street resembles a football crowd. Today they threw a bottle of juice form the top floor window which covered passers below. Total dump.

This school gives a public (private) education in a government setting. The best boys school in Islington if not north London. Teachers have high expectations of students in terms of work and behaviour.
