I was truly disappointed in the service of this place. I came in around 7pm on a Saturday after a long day of work and was greeted by a large group of teenagers hanging around the place. Some of them weren't even drinking bubble tea! It just seemed like they were hanging around. They were quite loud, and crowded the place making it difficult for me to move around. Haven't they heard that there's a pandemic around??? Half of them weren't even wearing their masks for goodness sake. When I finally arrived to the till, i was served by this small asian guy with moustache looking hair who took a while to arrive as he was conversing with his friends. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional. When he took my order, it seemed like he couldn't be bothered and was rushing just so he could talk back to his friends. I ordered a brown sugar pearl milk tea in a large but I got a small size instead, and the pearls were hard and tacky, not usually the soft feeling. I feel like they were burned. I just feel like I wasn't even in Chatime and instead in some teenager hangout, feeling uncomfortable and not even getting the service i expected.Wasting valuable time of my day !!!! Truly disappointed.

I asked for large and was charged for a large (4.95)... but she gave me a regular cup. I couldn't complain or ask for a large cup cuz I'm already in a rush to get to work. I was the only customer and she wasn't dealing with any deliveries. Same situation a couple of months ago when I asked for regular but the guy gave me large. The staff need to be more attentive when dealing with customers face to face. I ordered twice from them off deliveroo and the orders have always been correct. After this I'm completely put off getting boba from here and will go to bobar instead.

I’ve been here many times, the shop really stands out with great music and good service from the young man with the glasses. He had clearly explained the differences and signatures of the drinks and made 9 drinks within 5 minutes. I’m surprised to see fast customer service from only one younger worker. Keep it up ! One thing that was let down was the smell of the shop.
