Absolutely disgraceful. Item arrived earlier than expected and was of very cheap quality. I have currently been sat on hold for 3.02 HOURS waiting for any member of their team to deem it appropriate to answer their phone to arrange a refund as there is no option on the website to do so. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Update - I am still awaiting an answer at 3.33 HOURS.
Ordered a costume for a Halloween party, not quite the outfit I'd normally go for but it's Disney themed so that will be scary enough haha. All I can say about Escapade is, it's the first time I've ordered from here but the products are quality and the delivery is extremely quick and was bang on time to the time they initially gave me, which you don't often get. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process. From placing the order to it being delivered. I would definitely recommend you use this company for whatever event or reason you may need. To be honest I was very skeptical with the quality and the p arrival time of the item.I ordered my son a Roman day costume at the very last minute but it arrived a day earlier and the quality was just fantastic for the money. With 4 kids I am sure I will always come back and order what they need without worry weather they will like it or not as they have so much choice your child will like something from their website. I am greatful that they delivered what I ordered in a very timely manner and my son was extremely happy with what he got and so am I.
Excellent service. Got everything we needed here, costumes good quality. They even sent a second wand as the first one was damaged in the post. I highly recommend them and all delivered in plenty of time for our party. Thanks guys and gals.

this is the second time i have had a costume from here an both times have been brilliant. just like on the pictures and has fit perfect both times. would recommend this place if you are doing fancy dress
i purchased an American Policeman outfit which arrived without any accessories (badges, handcuffs, belt etc..) basically a boiler suit! When I complained I was told I could send back for a refund (at my own cost) but party is today so no time - ended up buying accessories from a different fancy dress shop - BUYER BEWARE NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY
