I agree with the comment regarding the heating. It is not acceptable to leave more than a week without fixing the heating in a branded hot yoga studio. People need to remember that HOT YOGA is only a Hatha yoga in a hot setting. If you don't have the required heat than call it Hatha yoga and adjust the price. It is really unfair on your customers, I am a yoga teacher myself and only used to come for the hot atmosphere, FG system doesn't exist nobody has reinvented the wheel . Yoga exists for more than 5000 years even BIKRAM has taken the 26 asanas sequences and breathings from his Guru and claimed it as his..... In the US you can patent anything but we are fortunately in the UK. The only reply needed to this is action : FIX the heating or refund customers

Made a mistake in purchasing a pass thinking I was purchasing one for Muswell Hill. Very confusing that MH is completely different yet has the same name? Anyways... requested a refund. Was told I could use their studio or the other one that aren't Muswell Hill... said I wasn't interested and wanted a refund and then nothing... no reply.

I am very disappointed to come back again to the so called hot yoga studio with no heat !!! This is becoming just a business now call it \hot yoga\ make lot of money and no heat.........I would call it \OK heat\ but not \hot yoga\ Please fix the heating or cut down the prices it is outrageous and not acceptable to do business this way with the name of YOGA As a reminder :Asteya (non-stealing) is part of Yoga ethical code of conduct Namaste

Done hot yoga in different places including New York and I'm trying this one as just moved in near by but I am disappointed by the lack of hygiene and low heating. Some classes you literally end up with cold sweats ! Not sure why ? Changes in temperatures and some teachers switch off the heating and open the door so that you don't get hot, the opposite of the concept of hot yoga .... wondering how cold winter is gonna be ? Also I didn't find anyway in the website to send an internal feedback, looks like they don't need it. It is a shame as some teachers are very nice and good.
