We had been to a number of outlets in Hatton garden before arriving at Finecraft, and what refreshing relief it was! Me and my girlfriend were met by Coral, who was knowledgable, kind and personable. She put no pressure on us to choose and made us feel secure in our decision making process. She said that my girlfriend would get the perfect ring, and without a doubt she came through. I would recommend Finecraft and Coral to everyone, you will not find better service and outcome!
Really happy with my experience with Dov and Coral, they were warm and lovely. Very professional, knew their business in and out and also provided very useful advise. The pricing is also very competitive. Looking forward to shopping with them again soon, for the same partner of course.
