Didn't turn up to the arranged viewing & misadvertised a 2 bed flat as a 3 bed. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional.

Absolute crooks....regularly break legislation and laws...had unqualified foreign worker remove my partners gas meter once.... no gas safety card... While Gani Jr kept watch but I caught them....my two young children live there too....A serious criminal offence that.....The whole 8 years my partner has used them.... The loft of her rented, under maintained, over priced flat has been full of the previous tenants junk!!! Gani property services were responsible for clearing that and no doubt charged the landlord to do it......so she's been paying to store that while Gani says she has too much stuff The flat has a multitude of health and safety issues and security issues that they refuse to address..... but to top it all off they fudge the figures and over charge you... when I had my accountant look over the rent figures for last year they had knowingly been over charging and when we pointed that out..... They fudged the figures and asked for the second 20% rent increase in a year..... BEWARE
