Just to drop a massive thank you for organising a delivery within less than 2 hours of placing my order with you. We're isolating as I have quite an annoying form of Covid-19 and amongst the shopping was a couching syrup that truly made its effect from the first teaspoon! And obviously, the disease caught me off guard, although I normally like to have flu relievers at home during the season. But you stepped in above and beyond! Thanks so so much! You literally made my day!

I've always liked this store (their selection of vegan cheese is seriously impressive) but what prompted me to actually write a review about it was the amazing above-and-beyond care we received from the manager who saved our Thanksgiving! I'm an American expat living in London for 12 years, but Thanksgiving is still an important time for me. I have only been vegan for a little over a year, so I'm still navigating these things. I wanted to find a Tofurky holiday roast, but no one carried it! The manager at the Haelan Centre ordered one specially for us and it arrived in good time for our holiday. My carnivorous husband even loved it! I got everything I needed for our feast. Thank you for helping me create a special holiday. :)

I hate to write this review as I have been going here since it opened, spending thousands over the years and want them to succeed but my family and friends are now not using them anymore due to their staff. It has a lot of great health food, at a price, but I would like to support it. I try and only shop in big supermarkets 6-7 times a year and like to shop local every few days. They have some serious management issues with rude staff whom you feel like you are doing them a favour by asking them for something or being in their store. During the first lock down of the pandemic they made fun of my partner for wearing a mask! (how old are we?) and during the second lock down when staff are required to wear masks, only one was there were in that tiny cramped space. Many of them claimed they had dispensation, (of which one of them was out smoking in the back later!) so much for health. Please either get new staff or train existing staff to be more polite and please wear masks otherwise my money will continue to go elsewhere where the staff are much nicer. I dont want to pay these sort of prices to get treated like that.

A regular, buying everything from groceries, canned and dried products, deli products to homeopathic remedies. Best place around for selection. Quality good. Service friendly and helpful. Started using their delivery service recently; local delivery same day in only a couple of hours with nothing unavailable from a long list of items.
