THIS BUILDING IS ALSO USED AS A SEASONAL HOTEL.STAY AWAY AT ANY COST.I booked a room for my wife and me in late August 2019. Upon our arrival we were forced to wait for more than an hour to check-in. After that we were told that they could not provide any beddings!!! and that we have to buy them ourselves!!! This unprofessional behaviour made us book another hotel literally in the last minute. We had a wait a month to get our booking money back. STAY AWAY AT ANY COST

Do not come here!! From March till September the heat is unbearable!! Even with two fans!! No Windows in the corridors and the one in your room only opens a couple of inches. No ventilation ALL THE BUILDINGS HEAT JUST RISES UP!! And the company as a whole dose not care!! Not to mention the noise from the club opposite the road!!

Never ever stay here next years:) This is the worst student accommodation ever in London. The room is hot in winter n also in summer. And definitely unbearable heat in summer. Unbearable noisy from the cross road night club and car. And dust comes from the window just above my bed, and I can enjoy it every single day:）Thx host the hub There usually no water in the toilet. The bathtub drain blocked. After one year live, if you have another choice here is the last place u want to stay trust me. ALSO THE STAFF INSPECTION EVERY TWO MONTH. Kinds of bad news with the bad environment bad facility and some staffs always fussy. ：）））））））

I lived in a classical studio. I would not recommend it, except maybe if you manage to get the cheaper rooms. Overall, it is quite pricey for what it offers, compared to other companies. The refrigerator does a buzzing sound every hour, making it rather difficult to sleep.The radiator at one point for a whole month made incredible loud sounds; you have the impression there is a construction work happening right next door (this is not an hyperbola). The shower's water is either ice cold or scalding. The wardrobe is very small and the 2 induction plates in the kitchen are so close to each other that you need to place for example the stove and pan diagonally to minimize the contact. ( I do mean minimize!). Common room is nice although almost no events are organized ( mostly during sepember-october). For what I got, I would not have paid more than 220/week. The staff is very friendly though and ready to help you.
